At what age does a child need to purchase a wristband?

There is a free children’s program at Everyday Joe’s on Saturday. The rule of thumb is that if they are attending the festival itself and going to venues (other than the children’s program at Everyday Joe’s), they do need a wristband, as they would still be counted as legal occupancy at the venues.

Where can I buy wristbands before the festival?

Tickets will be available starting March 1st, with two day passes for only $15. See the Tickets page!

This year we’ve made custom wristbands that will allow you into all of the venues.  They can be purchased locally at Rock ‘N’ Robin’s (recommended), or online by clicking the Tickets page link.

Please note that if you buy your ticket online, you’ll need to go to Rock ‘N’ Robin’s 24 hours later after April 1st to pick it up prior to the night of the show.  If you can’t stop by Rock ‘N’ Robin’s, the only place to get it the night of the show is at the Will Call booth near the stage in Old Town Square.

Can I pay for my wrist band with a credit or debit card?

The only place you can pay with the credit or debit card is online. Only cash is accepted for wristbands at the door of the venues selling wristbands, the will call booth, and Rock ‘N’ Robin’s.

Can I buy a wristband at the first venue I plan to attend?

Not necessarily. We’ve got over 30 venues this year, so we’ve consolidated the downtown venues ticketing into a Will Call booth near the stage in Old Town Square. We recommend you buy your wristband in advance at Rock ‘N’ Robin’s, as some venues had long lines last year.

Is there a service fee for tickets?

Physical sales at Rock ‘N’ Robin’s have no service fees – we recommend picking them up there.  For online ticket sales, Brown Paper Tickets charges a $1.99/ticket fee.  Sales at each venue door also have no service fees.

If I buy my ticket online, how do I pick up my wristband?

If you bought your ticket online as a will call, then you may pick up your wristband 24 hours later after April 1st at Rock ‘N’ Robin’s (see Ticket page for directions).  They will receive the will call list one day after you purchase your ticket online.

If you cannot pick up your will call wristband early, you can also get it either night of the festival at the will call booth near the stage in Old Town Square.

Please note that you CANNOT pick up your will call ticket at the door of any venue.  There are over 30 venues this year, and having the will call list at each venue is just not feasible.

Do I need to keep the same wristband on for both days?

YES!  Your wristband is what gets you in the door at all the venues for both nights.  They’re made of a durable cloth, can be worn for multiple days, and will even survive in the shower.

If I have a wristband, does it guarantee entry to any venue?

The wristband allows you entry to any venue that is participating in FoCoMX.  It is not a guaranteed entry however, as maximum occupancy of venues are enforced by the city fire marshal.  If there is a particular show you want to see, we encourage you to arrive at that venue early to ensure your entry.
